Yacht Club is a new, unique residential quarter of individual homes, created for those who are not afraid to dream and choose only what truly aligns with their vision of life.
The idea emerged naturally: the site is located by the river, and the proximity to water inspired an atmosphere of luxury, freedom, and travel. This is how Yacht Club was born—a place defined by the symbol of the yacht.
Most of the plots are oriented toward a park with direct access to the river. The project features three types of homes. We take a highly responsible approach to selecting façade materials, striving to create a harmonious and aesthetically refined environment.
In this project, the yacht is more than a symbol of luxury. It represents the courage to dream, the drive to move forward, and the ability to live life on your own terms. These ideas are reflected in every element of the Yacht Club quarter—from architectural solutions to the philosophy of its lifestyle.
